You’ll need a good sports bra, water on stand-by for after the work-out, a mat, and free weights.

A series of 20 minute work-outs. 2 minute warm-up, three 6-minute circuits (3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs), 2 min cool down.

Got some pretty passionate responses about the whole what-to-call-a-vegan-that-still-eats-honey question. Interesting.

Still not sure what to think. Did some google research and apparently this is a pretty big debate in general.

I do not consider the way I’m eating vegetarian, since I’m not eating cheese/milk/eggs. Then again, I’m trying out veganism for the health benefits and not for the “moral” sympathy with animals aspect. So I’m a fake vegan. Whatever. Sue me. 

I wish I could sub for agave syrup, but I currently live in a country where it is near impossible to find. If I find it I’ll definitely give it a try.

Today’s lunch!

I was too hungry to take pictures, but I had a salad with strawberries, half a tomato, sun dried tomatos, chick peas, and honey mustard dressing.

Yes, I’m still eating honey. No way I’m giving that up. Is there a name for vegans who still eat honey?

So far…

Not a very hungry day, since I ate a lot yesterday and was traveling. This morning I had 1/2 cup oatmeal, 10 almonds, and 2 apricots.

For a snack I had a date and a handful of cherries.

For dinner I’m going to have lemon pasta with eggplant and tomato :)… and some red wine.

I’m baaaaaack
